Comments: I am sitting here looking at the photo of one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My Mother-in-law. Her name, Isobel Michaud. She came into my life and heart nearly 47 years ago. When I first arrived in Eagle Lake from Australia, she took me into her home and heart. Her patience and love never faltered no matter what came her way. She died a few weeks ago. I will never again get the chance to visit her or talk to her on the telephone, but she will live on in my heart, and in the heart of her grandchildren forever. we love you.

Comments: My father was born in Plaisted, Laurent Saucier, who was the son of Bernadette Laferrière. We lived near Beaver Pond in the woods, not far from Eagle Lake. I went to Wallagrass Elementary and my siblings went to Fort Kent HS. We moved to South Florida in 1978. I always will remember how beautiful it was up there and hope one day to go back and visit.
